We are seeing an experience and Certified Epic Beacon and Willow Principal Trainer as additional support to the Training Team;

  • Assist in the design and implementation of a training strategy and training plan for the assigned applications/systems.
  • Partner with the business and IT stakeholders, and informatics, on course material development to ensure policies, procedures, and system functionality are accurately reflected.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and document functional requirements, workflows and policies to form the composite of training curriculum and content by role.
  • Develop classroom curricula (e.g., PowerPoint Presentations, Exercise Booklets, Quick Reference Guides/Tip Sheets, etc.) applying instructional design methodologies.



Must be certified in both Beacon and Willow

Must have strong clinical experience and workflow in one or both modules

Stong overall Princial Training skills

The Epic Project Director - Post Go Live will be responsible for managing and/or establishing the following;

  • Assist in or support established Enterprise Design Parameters for Program
  • Review / support updates to change approval or design change request approval process(es)
  • Ensure Epic Progress Reports are conducted and are accurate in nature
  • Maintain and report Internal Program/Project Status Report
  • Ensure accuracy, relevance, integrity and accountability of the Project Plan
  • Oversee project controls, including decision, risk, issue documentation expectations and current risk/issues log
  • Direct creation of Communication Plan for all subsequent Epic Projects / standard maintenance activities
  • Provide feedback on IS Leadership Org Chart and ongoing Project Charter
  • Provide feedback / input on Project Governance Structure, including SMEs, design teams and key project stakeholders
  • Responsible for the execution of build, technical components, training, change management, communications, testing, cutover, activation and sustainment vison at an enterprise and PMO level
  • Ensure validity of current state and future state interface diagrams
  • Ensure accuracy, relevance, integrity and accountability of the Project Plan
  • Provide feedback on environment structure and management strategy as requested by client
  • Establish and/or direct creation testing strategy and any supporting workstreams
  • Establish and/or direct creation of training plan and strategy for all subsequent go-lives
  • Assist team in creating dashboard / ensuing validity of support structure and overall support plan SLAs
  • Work with client and operational stakeholders to identify any Activation Support expectations and/or plans, including cutover activities, ATE support, Help Desk support, etc
  • Direct execution of cutover/dry run plan and execution
  • Develop and communicate Program meeting structure
  • Establish and/or direct creation of assurance of compliance with Epic Stars Program providing audit results

Role Description:
Our client has a 2 month contract for a Senior Security Architect 90% remote. Consultant will be required to go on site to their healthcare organization, in Jacksonville, FL, at project start and will be responsible for the following:
Provides input into engineering and the architectural design of Access Control, User Entitlements, Application Credentials, User Access Policy Management, enhancing security related to Privileged Access Management, High availability and Disaster Resiliency. Defines, documents, and analyzes all security related hardware and software, identifies redundancies and gaps, formulates course of action recommendations, develops technical architecture roadmap, consolidation, simplification. Reviews existing security architecture, formulates security architecture recommendations. Reviews security services portfolios. Performs project leadership tasks on select security projects including development of requirements, evaluation of competing products, selection and implementation of products. Strong understanding of and familiarity with application and network security a must. Consults, validates, verifies system/application security designs. Evaluates implements and / or integrates security solutions.

Must be able to perform hands-on support for a wide range of security technologies including, but not limited to: SEIM, IDS/IPS, HIDS, malware analysis and protection, content filtering, logical Network access controls, identity and access management, data loss prevention, content filtering technologies, application firewalls, vulnerability scanners, eDiscovery & forensics software, and security incident response.
