We are actively recruiting for an LIS Functional Analyst to assist in enterprise-wide lab process documentation for a 5-facility health system in the Northeastern Region of the US.  Multiple lab systems are currently running and in preparation of a new EMR implementation, current state process documentation is required.  The project is estimated to take 4-6 months.  Primary work location will be in New Jersey with occasional travel to various sites. 
  
 
Required Skills and Experience:
Experienced Lab Technician or LIS Analyst required
Consulting experience a plus – comfortable interacting with any level of hospital staff, leaders, clinicians.
Excellent documentation skills – high proficiency with MS Office Suite of products for creating documents, flow charts, etc.
Knowledge of SCC SoftLab or Sunquest PowerPath required

We are actively seeking a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Analyst with GE API Healthcare experience for a third wave Epic implementation at our client in Massachusetts. Registration of end-users into the LMS should begin the first two weeks of October. All learners need to be registered, curriculum needs to be built, and data needs to be migrated into the system (GE API). This role will be responsible for pulling reports on user registration and communicating status of registration throughout the project (i.e., we have 3,000 users who need to be trained and 1275 are currently registered in the system for that training). This is a Meditech to Epic implementation with go-live scheduled for late February 2018. Candidates may live anywhere and travel weekly into the client site (near Boston) for a full 40+ hours on-site each week.
Required Experience
- Expertise with any LMS is acceptable. GE API experience is ideal.
- Experience standing up a training program for an Epic implementation would be ideal for this role.
- Experience registering users, pulling reports from the LMS, and organizing status updates is required.
- Experience building curriculum is highly desired
- Candidates who have previously held the role of Training Manager is also highly desired but not required. This is an Analyst role with strong lead responsibilities but will not have direct reports.

We are actively seeking a System Administrator with recent experience and knowledge of VeraSmart call accounting software; user administration, reporting, maintenance, upgrades. VeraSmart Technologies, now owned by Calero, uses MySmart customer portal to access their many interactive products including the call accounting and this role will be responsible for MySmart administration as well.

Our client recently underwent a Telecom Expense Management Project, including the implementation of VeraSmart, to reduce the costs associated with the ongoing Telecom expense costs for their organization. After implementing the VeraSmart application, it has been found that a full-time resource should be assigned to act as a System Administrator for ongoing maintenance of the tool.

Job Expectations:
User administration (making changes when someone joins or leaves the organization)
Report development and setup for MySMART users
Access to the areas of the platform that the other security groups can manipulate
Direct invoices to appropriate personnel for visibility
Point of contact for escalation or configuration changes between TEM vendor and client organization
On-going training of system and process changes for all telecom invoices within the client organization environment

Prior experience within an organization’s Networking and Telecom group would be very helpful.
Knowledge of various telecom billing components (circuits, land line, wireless) extremely helpful.

We are actively seeking a Client Services Director for the West Coast Territory. Excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with an experienced mentor and partner with Divurgent Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Leaders to deliver effective client solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for new business development and expanding existing contracts within an assigned
territory, client or practice

Divurgent, a healthcare IT consulting company based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, seeks a full-time, salaried, content and project manager to serve on the marketing team as the Marketing Content Manager in order to support, develop, and direct marketing and communications efforts for the company and external clients.

The Marketing Content Manager will be responsible for development, implementation, and continued assessment of internal and external content development and communications including all client-facing proposals, profiles, presentations, and collateral. Reporting directly to Liz Eckert, Vice President, Marketing, the Marketing Content Manager will have regular and substantial interactions with other members of the executive and leadership teams; cross-functional teams including client services, recruiting, human resources, solution departments, finance, and other team members; clients; and other parties as needed.

This position does not require relocation to Virginia Beach. Telecommuting with occasional travel is an option, and previous experience in a remote work capacity is a plus.
