Required Skills and Experience:
 
  • Previous success working with a payroll size greater than 250 employees, including multi-state payroll
  • Knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Word. Should be comfortable with computer applications in general
  • 10-key by touch
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Payroll Coordinator
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality is a must.
  • Experience creating new hire entries, editing employee files, and making changes in voluntary deductions in a payroll system
  • Experience processing manual checks such as terminations and discrepancies
  • Knowledge to prepare and process hourly as well as salaried payrolls
  • Knowledge of preparing and processing wage garnishments
  • Calculate new hire pay, termination pay, and any required adjustment to normal pay

The Marketing Content Manager will be responsible for development, implementation, and continued assessment of internal and external content development and communications including all client-facing proposals, profiles, presentations, and collateral. Manage social media channels according to larger PR and branding strategies
Collaborate with the Client Services team, Solution Leaders, and internal departments to enable them to meet their objectives by providing them with supporting tools, materials, and presentations
Coordinate and execute assigned logistic duties related to company events, tradeshows, and conferences
Manage thought leadership opportunities and coordinate initiatives with internal team members
Assist with industry organization memberships, partnerships, sponsorships, and relationships as assigned
Assist with projects and events in various U.S. locations as needed; ability to travel is necessary
Perform other duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing is preferred; or equivalent and relevant professional qualification
Minimum 2 years’ experience in proposal production and ability to understand and adhere to requirements outlined in RFPs
Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or communications required with at least 2 years in the healthcare and/or IT consulting industry preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and proven experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations is required
Proficiency in technical writing and editing is required
Project Management experience is required; certification is a plus
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is required; proficiency is preferred
Proficiency in Prezi is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce and Act-On (or equitable email marketing platform) is preferred
Creativity, adaptability, accuracy, organizational, and sound decision making are required skills
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business and technical documents and data
Ability to write and/or edit reports, profiles, presentations, and educational material adhering to templates
Ability to collaborate with various departments and lead cross-functional teams
Strong administrative skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to gather and present information skillfully; formal presentation skills necessary
